The Streetly Academy is an 11 – 18 Sports College in the heart of the community of Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands.

In 2011, The Streetly School achieved an Academy status along with outstanding results, breaking all historical records with 68% of our students achieving 5 A*-C including Maths and English. To mark the achievements in 2011 the Academy ordered an LCD tiling video wall, comprising a matrix of one by four portrait 46” Narrow Bezel (TL46H1), the video wall was installed in the main reception and was operated by a dedicated digital signage player running digitalsignage.NET. Chamber TV initially worked with Streetly Academy by providing our WEBtv platform for The Black Country School Games, which was filmed live by Chamber TV and broadcast across schools in the area. WEBtv is a primary video & social network bolt-on website, used by many educational establishments.

Streaming the winter 2012 Black Country Games from a live feed promotes events from the wider community with the schools participation. The simplicity to change the information enables the school to upload specific information for parent’s evenings and other evening events.”
